The tracking code will be provided to you once the item has been registered in transit and not when the order is placed. Sometimes it can take up to a week for the tracking information to be available.

Since we ship from multiple warehouses, then you might receive multiple different tracking codes.

You can track all your orders using this page. If the order does not show up then you need to wait until the system updates the transit times.

We offer free worldwide shipping to all locations.

International carriers & USPS require more time to deliver packages due to limited transportation availability. You need to wait until the system updates the transit location/information. Sooner or later the shipment will be delivered.

If you haven't received your package within 3 weeks then please contact us via email.

We have multiple locations across the globe including US & EU facilities.

Depending of your location, the order can reach to you within 7-15 days. You can visit our shipping page for extra information.

US orders are not subject to import taxes and duties. However if you are ordering outside the United States, you need to check your local guidelines for import taxes.

All packages once passed through your country’s customs, will reach you through a local shipping company.

All our orders are shipped out with less than 24 hours. If you want to cancel your order then contact us via email within this time frame and we will refund your order.

If you are contacting us after the product has been shipped out then you need to wait until the shipment arrives and then ship it back to us for a full refund.

If you are not happy with your order then you can return all unused items to our warehouse. Please send us an email for delivery address and other information. Returns/exchanges will be accepted only 30 days after the package has been delivered to you.

Our regular canvases have the size of 40x50 cm - This also applies to products where the size has not been marked under the order description.

Please note that the shipping can take up to 45 days (on rare occasions).
